The enchanting hotel in Quebec ranks among the best in all of Canada

If a trip to Quebec is planned for this fall and/or winter, you might want to consider booking a few nights at the best hotel in the country.

At least that’s according to Conde Nast Traveler – a UK-based luxury travel magazine – and their readership survey.

“Despite setbacks and delays and just a little bit of trepidation, 2022 was the year we really got back on the road after about two years of enforced abstinence,” the post read.

And according to the responses to the questionnaire that accompanied CN Traveller’s 25th “Reader’s Choice Awards”, the Auberge Saint-Antoine in Quebec City ranked as the best hotel in all of Canada.

The publication says the selections were ranked based on accessibility, remote working potential and their “community spirit” – with the boutique hotel in Quebec taking the top spot nationally.

Condé Nast Traveler indicates that the best places, hotels, airports, cruise lines and travel agencies around the world were part of its ranking.

Auberge Saint-Antoine opened in 1992 and “immediately wowed guests with its lobby located in the only early 19th century dockside warehouse remaining in Quebec City,” says the boutique hotel’s website. “This family-run hotel represents a union of timeless elegance, contemporary comfort and effortless convenience in the heart of Canada‘s most affluent historic district.”

Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, the hotel offers breathtaking views and is conveniently located within walking distance of some of the city‘s most popular tourist sites.

Auberge Saint-Antoine is a fusion of modern features, impeccable amenities, distinctive service and the timelessness of Old Quebec.

Auberge Saint-Antoine features and services include:
