Symphony X + Haken announce North American tour in 2022

Symphony X will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a North American tour in 2022. The progressive metal band will co-title with his fellow prog demons Haken.

Although 2019 is technically the 25th anniversary of Symphony X’s career, the group’s milestone celebration will take place just two years before their 30th anniversary. The Symphony X / Haken tour will also include Trope as an opening.

The tour will begin May 10 in New York, NY, cross the country and return to the East Coast, ending June 12 in Montclair, NJ. The presale will begin on October 12 at 10 a.m. local time and tickets will be available to the general public from October 15 at 10 a.m. local time.

“We’re excited to be back on the road, but having the honor of doing so alongside Symphony X will make it even more special,” said Haken. “We have nothing but the greatest respect for them as progressive metal pioneers and when we started Symphony X was one of the bands that inspired us to practice our instruments and strive to be better. musicians – and still do! We have truly missed the United States and the fans there during the lockdown period. Coming back there to see familiar faces as well as meet new friends will be a moving adventure. We can’t wait for this Odyssey to begin!
